Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG.
• Proven volume achievements and ability to meet distribution goals.
• Demonstrated use of sales data analytics tools to drive results.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours; live in or near the territory.
• Willingness to cover ordinary business expenses with prompt reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Craft solutions to grow sales for assigned accounts; boost market share.
• Build brand awareness and educate customers using trends.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling and account execution.
• Support volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Execute programs for distribution, merchandising and promotions.
• Develop rapport with customers by understanding needs and requirements.
• Coordinate communication between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
