Job summary

Sazerac Company in Georgia is seeking a driven Field Sales Associate to expand our iconic spirits brands across on-premise and off-premise accounts. You will build relationships with customers, leverage market data, and collaborate with distributors to drive volume and distribution growth across our diverse portfolio.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of alcohol-beverage or CPG sales, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Results Driven: Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals.
• Mobility: A valid driver's license and ability to travel within an assigned territory.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Location: Live in or near the territory.
• Compliance: solicitor’s permit in any state.

Responsibilities

• Craft solutions to boost business for assigned accounts and grow market share.
• Build brands by educating customers using consumer and category trends.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Help achieve volume objectives for core brands across the portfolio.
• Implement programs delivering distribution, merchandising, display, and promotions.
• Develop rapport with customers by understanding their needs.
