Sazerac Company is seeking a driven sales professional to expand our spirits portfolio across assigned accounts. You will manage key grocers and retailers, leveraging market data to grow share and execution.

The role requires travel within the territory and strong collaboration with distributors and internal teams. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a proven track record in field sales, and the ability to meet distribution and promotional targets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Results driven with proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals.
• Demonstrated use of sales data analytics and tools to drive sales results and identify trends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Craft solutions for growth by managing accounts and boosting market share.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Drive volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Implement programs delivering distribution, merchandising, and promotional goals.
• Build rapport with customers by understanding needs and requirements.
• Serve as communication lead between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Responsibilities may vary by state due to regulatory requirements.
