Job summary

Trippy Goat Vodka is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives across Montgomery County, driving retail and on-premise execution and making the brand top-of-mind in stores and bars.

You’ll train, motivate, analyze KPIs, and make strategic decisions to grow the territory. A strong track record in spirits sales and leadership is required, with willingness to travel weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in spirits, wine, beer, or CPG preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, data-driven decision making.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization.
• CRM and field activation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing team of Sales Representatives.
• Set weekly and monthly sales targets and track KPIs.
• Plan territory growth and optimize retail and on-premise coverage.
• Manage distribution partners for supply and merchandising.
• Represent the brand at industry events and tastings.
