Job summary

Sazerac Company in Idaho is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to drive volume and distribution of our spirits portfolio across on-premise and off-premise accounts in the Territory. You will build strong relationships with customers, lead distributors, and execute programs to grow market share.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1 year of field sales experience in alcohol/CPG, mobility to travel, and flexibility to work non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG.
• Proven ability to achieve volume and distribution goals.
• Proficient use of sales data analytics to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts to achieve volume and distribution goals.
• Build relationships with customers including on‑premise and off‑premise locations.
• Lead distributors with in‑store selling, marketing and account execution.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust programs to improve market share.
