Job summary

Spirits Investment Partners (SIP) is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive brand sales, distribution, and visibility across a defined territory in the beverage alcohol sector. The role is performance-driven with a monthly retainer plus commission tied to sales success.

You will build relationships with bartenders, buyers, and store managers, manage accounts, and expand distribution while ensuring brand standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales in beverage alcohol, spirits preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting volume and distribution targets.
• Established relationships with on- and off-premise accounts within the assigned market.
• Must reside in or near the assigned market; 21+ years old; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets and KPIs defined by leadership.
• Manage a targeted list of on-premise and off-premise accounts; conduct regular sales calls to grow placements and visibility.
• Open new accounts and expand distribution points across the territory; identify whitespace opportunities.
• Execute brand standards at every account: pricing, shelf, back bar visibility, menu placements, displays.
• Conduct staff trainings and product education sessions to build brand advocacy.
• Coordinate and support events, tastings, and activations to drive consumer trial.
• Ride with distributor reps to align priorities and drive execution.
• Monitor competitor activities and report findings to leadership.
• Submit weekly activity reports with visits, results, and insights on time and accuracy.
• Represent the SIP portfolio professionally and ensure compliance with regulations.
