Job summary

Enthuse Marketing Group, an education-led marketing agency, seeks a Channel Developer On & Off Premise to drive commercial performance across a territory of spirit brands using strategic business solutions and hospitality industry expertise. Reporting to the Field Performance Manager, you will leverage brand programming and education to build long-term relationships with customers.

Minimum 3 years in bev-alc, plus distributor/broker experience a plus; strong communication, budget management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bev-alc industry.
• Distributor or broker experience is a plus.
• Bar/restaurant/hotel operator experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills are required to develop and maintain relationships.
• Ability to travel to accounts and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and industry trends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Legal and compliance accountability for marketing guidelines.
• Drive brand presence, share and velocity in accounts with strategic engagement.
• Plan, track and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data.
• Gain consumer insights to inform engagement sessions.
• Identify merchandising opportunities by portfolio priorities.
• Complete agency initiatives including budgets, reporting, and data tracking.
• Serve as liaison between portfolio, distributor, manager and customers.
• Develop knowledge in spirits and presentation skills.
