Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the bev-alc industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills are required
• Ability to tailor communications for a variety of on-premise environments
• Deep understanding of market and industry trends
• Ability to work remotely and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Legal and Compliance Accountability: maintain all legal and marketing code guidelines
• Customer Engagement: drive brand presence, share, and velocity in accounts
• Commercial and Performance Strategy: plan and track brand engagement using performance data
• Consumer Strategy: gain insight to consumer trends to inform sessions
• Identify merchandising opportunities based on portfolio priorities
• Agency Accountabilities: manage budgets, reporting, and performance data
• Network Partnership: liaison between portfolio, distributor, manager and customers
• Learning: develop knowledge in spirits and presentation skills
