Enthuse-Marketing in Chicago is seeking a Channel Developer, On-Premise to drive commercial performance across territories for a large portfolio of spirit brands. Responsibilities include leveraging insights and strategic execution to identify growth opportunities and enhance brand performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work remotely while managing multiple accounts effectively.

Great benefits are offered alongside a competitive salary ranging between $65,000 and $80,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the bev-alc industry.
• Distributor or broker experience is a plus.
• Interest in growing knowledge in spirits history/production and cocktail culture.
• Growing network of industry professionals in market.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to travel to and from accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand presence, share, and velocity in accounts using strategic engagement activities.
• Identify growth opportunities and translate market intelligence into actionable business solutions.
• Maintain all legal and marketing code guidelines.
• Complete accurate and timely management of agency initiatives.

Skills

Persuasive selling and negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules

Ability to work remotely

Deep understanding of market and industry trends

Bilingual (English and Spanish-speaking)
