Enthuse Marketing Group, LLC seeks a Channel Developer, On-Premise to drive commercial performance across a territory with a focus on spirit brands and on-premise dynamics.

Reporting to the Field Performance Manager, you will leverage brand programming, industry insights, and agency resources to grow the market, strengthen the portfolio, and identify opportunities. Requires 3+ years Bev-Alc experience, travel, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of bev-alc industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills are required to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to tailor communications for diverse on-premise environments.
• Strong budget management skills and accounting for program spend.
• Willingness to travel; some nights and weekends may be required.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Mansioni

• Drive brand presence, share, and velocity in assigned accounts using strategic engagement activities.
• Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data.
• Develop consumer insights to inform customer engagement sessions.
• Identify merchandising opportunities aligned with portfolio priorities.
• Coordinate agency initiatives including budget/expense management and reporting.
• Serve as liaison between portfolio, distributor, manager and customers within the territory.
• Continuously learn about spirits categories and present knowledge effectively.
