Job summary

Enthuse Marketing is seeking a Channel Developer On & Off Premise to drive commercial performance across a designated market. You will work with accounts to grow brand presence and velocity using strategic engagement, education, and agency resources to build long-term relationships.

The role reports to the Field Performance Manager and emphasizes leveraging brand programming, customer insights, and performance data. Flexible hours and travel within the market are expected to support team goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the bev-alc industry.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel nights and weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance across a territory of accounts for a large portfolio of spirit brands.
• Engage customers with brand programming, education and agency resources.
• Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data.
• Gain consumer insights to inform customer engagement sessions.
• Identify merchandising opportunities by portfolio priorities.
• Manage agency initiatives including budget, reporting, and data tracking.
