Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree is preferred.
• Experience in bottled spirits or beverage distribution is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Establish sales targets and drive distribution for Bottled Spirits.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to plan incentives and programs.
• Analyze depletion, performance data and trends to inform leadership.
• Provide brand training support to the sales team as needed.
