Job summary

Spirits Investment Partners seeks a results-driven Field Sales Manager to drive brand sales and distribution across designated accounts in the Jacksonville area. You will manage on- and off-premise relationships, execute brand standards, and grow velocity through hands-on account activity.

As a 1099 contractor, you will be paid a monthly retainer plus performance-based commissions, with compensation tied to depletion volume and new account activations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales experience in beverage alcohol (spirits preferred).
• Established relationships with on- and off-premise accounts within the market.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets and distribution KPIs.
• Manage a list of accounts; conduct regular sales calls to grow placements and visibility.
• Open new accounts and expand distribution; identify whitespace opportunities.
