Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits seeks a Manager of FMB to drive profitable brand growth by translating priorities into standout in-outlet execution for a defined portfolio of accounts. You will influence retailers and internal partners to elevate visibility, availability, and consumer pull across both Off-Premise and On-Premise channels.

The role requires 1–5 years in Spirits/RTD, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 1-5 years' experience in Spirits, Beer, RTD categories with route-to-market knowledge.
• Demonstrated track record of success in prior roles or academics.
• Interested in fast-paced environments with internal and external stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand and category growth through in-outlet execution within assigned accounts.
• Build distribution and activation across Displays, Cold Box, Shelf, and Facings in Off-Premise; Menu and Activation On-Premise.
• Translate brand priorities and programming into consistent execution across key accounts within budget.
• Develop strong relationships with independent retailers and decision-makers to secure distribution and opportunities.
• Partner with independent customers to execute consumer-focused programming that drives trial and demand.
