Job summary

Infinium Spirits, Inc. is seeking a Brand Development Specialist to drive brand awareness and distribution in the Tampa, FL area. You will educate consumers, train distributors, and represent the brands at events on the front lines to grow market share.

You will build relationships with accounts, execute promotions, and plan programs to maximize sales and distribution. A strong emphasis on education, travel within territory, and a hands-on approach is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; strong communication skills; willingness to travel within territory.
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain solicitor’s permit in state if required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in sales or brand development.

Responsibilities

• Frontline selling to on-premise and off-premise accounts to meet targets.
• Promote brands through tastings, events, and promotional activities.
• Plan and implement programs to drive distribution, merchandising and retail promotion.
• Be the face of Infinium Spirits at industry events and trade shows.
• Conduct consumer tastings and educational sessions to increase brand awareness.
• Train distributor sales teams on product knowledge and selling points.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Regularly report on sales performance and market trends; monitor KPIs.
