Globus Medical seeks an Associate Spine Specialist to support the Spine Territory Manager with territory coverage, inventory management, and sales activities. You will promote, sell, and service our spine products while collaborating with surgeons, healthcare providers, and field teams.

The role emphasizes product knowledge development, achievement of sales goals, and compliant conduct. Travel within territory is required, with opportunities for professional growth and specialty training.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years spine sales experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Business
• Exemplary listening, communication and influences
• Willingness to travel, including nights/weekends
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy
• Ability to present sales results successfully

Responsibilities

• Gains product knowledge through formal sales training and surgeon programs
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
• Conduct sales calls to promote and service Globus Medical products
• Assist Spine Territory Manager on field calls within assigned geography
• Participate in field rides with Area Director and Spine Territory Manager
• Develop and expand customer base and market share in territory
• Provide feedback on product development, target accounts, and market trends
• Maintain compliance with company policies and training requirements
