Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to support the Spine Territory Manager with territory coverage and inventory management, while engaging surgeons and healthcare providers to promote and service products.

You will participate in ongoing training, travel as needed, and help expand the customer base while ensuring adherence to quality and compliance policies across duties.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years spine sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or business.
• Excellent listening and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel, including nights/weekends.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.

Responsibilities

• Gains product knowledge through formal sales training and surgeon programs.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Conducts sales calls to promote and service products to customers.
• Assist Spine Territory Manager on field calls and account issues.
• Perform field ride-alongs with Area Director and STM.
• Grow customer base and increase market share in the territory.
