Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to support the Spine Territory Manager with territory coverage, inventory management, and select sales activities. You will represent the company while upholding quality policies and regulatory standards in the United States and abroad.

The role emphasizes gaining product knowledge, participating in surgeon programs, and achieving sales goals while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years spine sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
• Able to travel, including nights/weekends.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
• Excellent listening, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Gains product knowledge through formal sales training.
• Attend surgeries and OR visits; support surgeon speaker programs.
• Meet or exceed all sales goals and objectives.
• Conduct sales calls to promote and service Globus Medical products.
• Assist Spine Territory Manager on field calls and address issues.
• Ride along with Area Director and Spine Territory Manager regularly.
• Develop and grow customer base and increase market share in the territory.
• Provide feedback on product development opportunities and market trends.
