Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to support Spine Territory Manager with territory coverage, inventory management, and select sales responsibilities. You will represent the company, adhere to quality policies, and help drive growth in assigned markets.

The role emphasizes product training, surgeon engagement, and meeting sales objectives while complying with all regulatory and company policies.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of spine sales experience preferred, but healthcare or B2B sales considered.
• Strong listening, communication and influencing abilities.
• Willingness to travel, including nights or weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Gains and increases product knowledge through formal sales training.
• Conducts surgeon-focused programs and operates in OR visits as needed.
• Meets or exceeds all sales goals and objectives assigned.
• Performs field sales calls to promote and service Globus Medical products to existing and new customers.
• Assists Spine Territory Manager on field calls and account issue resolution.
• Participates in field ride-alongs with leadership to learn and grow.
