Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years spine or orthopedic sales experience.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• 2+ years in Medical Spine Device industry is a must.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and grows sales volume within assigned accounts and territories.
• Develops new business opportunities and maintains relationships with accounts.
• Provides technical support and creates hospital proposals.
• Spends significant time in the field with targeted customers.
• Drives growth by targeting strategic accounts without current coverage.
• Recruits and develops surgeon customers with exceptional service.
• Acquires clinical knowledge to become a SME for PMT products.
• Provides weekly feedback to Area VP on performance and market trends.
• Leads surgeon trainings and manages logistics for training events.
• Uses Salesforce and expense tools; collaborates with operations on inventory.
• Attends trade shows and strategic meetings as agreed.
