Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to partner with the Spine Territory Manager. You will cover a defined geography, manage inventory, and support field calls while advancing product knowledge and maintaining compliance.

The role emphasizes field visits, surgeon interactions, and growth of customer base across hospitals and clinics. Travel and evenings/weekends may be required to meet sales goals; we value integrity, teamwork, and a passion for innovative spine solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years spine sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or business.
• Strong listening, communication and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel, including nights/weekends.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
• Ability to deliver effective sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Gains and increases product knowledge through formal sales training, surgeon speaker programs, surgeries and industry research.
• Meet or exceed all sales goals and objectives.
• Conducts sales calls to promote, sell and service Globus Medical products and services to existing and competitive customers.
• Assist the Spine Territory Manager on field calls for assigned geography and address issues.
• Perform field ride-alongs with Area Director and Spine Territory Manager regularly.
• Develop and increase customer base and market share within assigned territory.
