Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to join our sales team. You will work with the Spine Territory Manager, cover a defined geography, manage inventory, and contribute to meeting sales objectives.

The role focuses on expanding key accounts, delivering product knowledge through trainings and surgeon visits, and building relationships with healthcare providers while upholding our quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ spine sales experience preferred, may consider other healthcare related sales or B2B experience
• Bachelor’s degree in science or business
• Exemplary ability to listen, communicate and influence
• Ability to travel as necessary, including nights/weekends
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy
• Ability to make sales presentations with positive results

Responsibilities

• Gains and increases product knowledge through formal sales training; surgeon programs, OR visits, and industry research
• Meeting or exceeds all sales goals and objectives
• Conducts sales calls to promote, sells, and services Globus Medical products to existing and competitive customers
• Assists the Spine Territory Manager on field calls for assigned geography and address issues
• Performs field ride along with Area Director and Spine Territory Manager
• Develops and increases customer base and market share within assigned territory
• Provides feedback on product development opportunities, new target accounts, sales performance and market feedback
• Maintains compliance with company policies and training requirements
• Adheres to Code of Conduct and industry codes and company policies
• Represents the company professionally in all interactions
