Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to support Spine Territory growth in California. You will work with the Spine Territory Manager across territory coverage, inventory management, and limited sales responsibilities.

Represent the company while upholding quality and compliance standards in all interactions. The role emphasizes product knowledge, surgeon program participation, and building strong customer relationships to drive market share and sales performance.

Competenze

• 1-2 years’ spine sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
• Excellent listening, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel, including nights and/or weekends.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
• Ability to deliver effective sales presentations.

Mansioni

• Gains product knowledge through formal sales training and surgeon programs.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Conducts sales calls to promote Globus Medical products to customers.
• Support Spine Territory Manager on field calls and account issues.
• Perform field ride-alongs with Area Director and Spine Territory Manager.
• Develop and expand customer base and market share within territory.
• Provide feedback on product development opportunities and market insights.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
