Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to collaborate with the Spine Territory Manager, covering a defined geography with inventory responsibilities and limited sales duties. You will represent the company, adhere to quality policies, and help expand the customer base while staying current with compliance and product updates.

The role emphasizes field interaction, surgeries/OR visits, and ongoing training to grow product knowledge and meet sales targets.

Qualificações

• Successful spine sales experience is preferred (1–2 years).
• Bachelor’s degree in science or business is required.
• Exemplary listening, communication and influencing abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Increase product knowledge through formal training and surgeon programs.
• Meet or exceed all sales goals and objectives.
• Promote and service Globus Medical products to existing and competitive customers.
• Assist Spine Territory Manager on field calls and address account issues.
• Travel as necessary to cover assigned geography, including potential nights/weekends.
