Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist in California to support the Spine Territory Manager, manage territory inventory, and handle selective sales activities. You will promote products, engage with surgeons, and help expand market share while adhering to quality policies and compliant practices.

You will travel as needed, participate in training programs, and contribute to strategic sales efforts across the territory.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years spine sales experience preferred; may consider other healthcare related or B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or business is required.
• Exemplary ability to listen, communicate and influence.
• Ability to travel as necessary, which may include nights and/or weekends.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
• Ability to make sales presentations with positive results.

Responsabilidades

• Gains and increases product knowledge through formal sales training; surgeon speaker programs, attends surgeries/operating room visits, and industry research.
• Meeting or exceed all sales goals and objectives.
• Conducts sales calls to promote, sells, and services Globus Medical products and services to existing and competitive customers.
• Assists the Spine Territory Manager on field calls for assigned geography and address and problems arising on the account.
• Performs field ride along with the Area Director and Spine Territory Manager on a regular basis.
• Develops and increases customer base and enhances Globus product market share within assigned territory.
• Provides feedback on product development opportunities, new target accounts, sales performance, and market feedback.
