Job summary

Plan A Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one therapy to older adults across private residences and senior living communities. The role emphasizes mobility, independence, and enhanced quality of life through evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities include evaluations, personalized plans, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will document in EMR, participate in telehealth, and support aging in place with compassionate care.

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Degree from an accredited SLP program.
  • Proficiency in computer use and EMR systems.
  • Current CPR certification and ASHA CCC.

Role:
