Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home, senior living, and virtual care to older adults. You will conduct evaluations, create evidence-based treatment plans, and support patient mobility while documenting in the EMR.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and educating patients and caregivers, you may utilize telehealth where appropriate to expand access to care and deliver personalized support.

Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, repositioning, driving).
