Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one therapy to older adults in private homes and senior living communities. You will conduct evaluations, design individualized care plans, and deliver therapy aimed at improving independence and quality of life.

Document patient progress in electronic records, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and caregivers, and utilize telehealth when appropriate.
Valid SLP license or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, proficiency in computer and EMR systems, current CPR certification, and ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, repositioning patients, and driving to care sites.
