Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one therapy to older adults in private homes and senior living communities. You will conduct evaluations, design individualized care plans, and deliver therapy aimed at improving independence and quality of life.

The role involves documenting progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license or eligibility in the state.
• Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Proficiency in computer and EMR systems.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to lift, reposition patients and drive to care sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
