Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide personalized care for older adults in private residences and Senior Living Communities, with telehealth options.

The role involves evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to support wellness, mobility, and independence, across in-home and community settings. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and education for patients and caregivers are essential components.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license or eligibility in the relevant state(s).
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Proficiency in basic computer and EMR use.
• Current CPR certification.
