Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home, senior living, and virtual care to older adults. You will perform evaluations, create care plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to improve communication, safety, and quality of life.

You will document progress in EMR systems, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers. Travel to care locations is required, with telehealth options for flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Degree from an accredited program; proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer skills.
  • Current CPR certification.

Role:
