North Texas Therapy & Home Care in McKinney, TX is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support pediatric therapy services in patients' homes or daytime clinics. The role emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and commitment to high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds Texas SLPA licensure, has at least 6 months of full-time pediatric experience, and prefers home health exposure. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions in the patients home or daytime facility.
• Schedules weekly supervision visit(s) with supervising SLP per Texas board guidelines.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient.
• Plans care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Updates knowledge by educational opportunities and professional involvement.
• Contributes to expanding value and success of the role.
