Job summary

NorthTexas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our pediatrics focused home care team. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, current Texas SLPA licensure, and at least 6 months of full-time clinical experience in pediatric settings.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy per physician orders in patients’ homes or daytime facilities, coordinating weekly supervisory visits, and collaborating with the care team to

• Schedules weekly supervision visits with supervising SLP per Texas board guidelines.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient.
• Plans care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Maintains current knowledge through education, publications and professional involvement.
• Takes initiative to add value and improve patient outcomes.
