Job summary

You will document in EMR, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CPR certification.
• ASHA CCC credential.
