Wilsonart in Seattle is seeking a Specification Representative to drive commercial growth by securing and managing specifications for Wilsonart products. You’ll influence material selection and guide projects from concept to completion in collaboration with architects and designers.

The role emphasizes building strategic relationships, driving adoption, delivering product training, and tracking opportunities with Wilsonart’s CRM system to advance market share and brand impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or closely related field is required.
• One year of field selling experience preferred in the commercial design community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with architects, designers, specification writers, and facility planners within the assigned territory.
• Drive specification adoption and ensure conversion through close collaboration with sales, distribution, and fabrication partners.
• Provide expert product, design, and application guidance tailored to project requirements.
• Track project opportunities and specification-to-sale conversion using Wilsonart’s CRM system.
• Execute merchandising, display placement, and updates to maintain brand consistency.
• Represent Wilsonart at industry associations and professional events.
• Deliver product training to design firms and influencers.
• Provide feedback to internal teams regarding surface needs of the design community.
