Wilsonart Specification Representative in Fletcher, NC drives commercial growth by securing and converting specifications for Wilsonart products. You will act as a trusted advisor to the design community, influencing material selection from concept to completion.

The role requires building strategic relationships with architects and designers, tracking opportunities in the CRM, delivering product training, and supporting brand consistency across merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing/business or related field; substitution rules apply.
• Minimum of one year field selling experience in commercial design or related area.
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to design firms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with architects, designers, and specification writers.
• Drive specification adoption and convert opportunities in collaboration with sales and partners.
• Provide product, design, and application guidance tailored to project needs.
• Track opportunities and conversions using Wilsonart’s CRM system.
• Represent Wilsonart at industry associations and events; deliver training to design firms.
