Job summary

Wilsonart International is seeking a Specification Representative to drive commercial growth by securing and converting specifications for Wilsonart products. You will advise the design community from concept to completion, building relationships with architects and designers across the territory.

The role emphasizes specification adoption, project conversion, and expanding market share, with travel across the assigned region and ongoing product training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration or closely related field.
• Minimum one year of field selling experience, preferably in commercial design.
• Ability to travel and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with architects, designers, specification writers, and facility planners in the assigned territory.
• Drive specification adoption and ensure conversion through collaboration with sales, distribution, and fabrication partners.
• Track project opportunities and specification-to-sale conversion in the CRM system.
• Deliver professional presentations and product training to design firms and influencers.
• Represent Wilsonart at industry associations and events.
