Job summary

Wilsonart LLC in Seattle, WA seeks a Specification Representative to drive commercial growth by securing and converting specifications for Wilsonart products across the design community. You will advise architects and designers, collaborate with sales and distribution, and manage opportunities from concept through completion.

Successful candidates will have a marketing/business background, at least one year in field selling, and strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration or a closely related field.
• One year field selling experience, preferably in the commercial design community.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel and work in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with architects, designers, specification writers, and facility planners within the assigned territory.
• Drive specification adoption and ensure conversion through collaboration with sales, distribution, and fabrication partners.
• Provide expert product, design, and application guidance tailored to project requirements.
• Track project opportunities and specification-to-sale conversion using the CRM system.
• Represent Wilsonart at industry associations and professional events; deliver presentations and product training.
