Wilsonart is seeking a Specification Representative to drive commercial growth by securing and converting specifications across Wilsonart products. You will advise the design community, influence material selection, and ensure solutions are implemented from concept to completion.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with architects and designers, collaboration with sales and fabrication partners, and delivering product training and presentations across design firms and influencers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/BA or related field.
• One year field selling experience in commercial design.
• Ability to travel.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with architects, designers, and specification writers in the assigned territory.
• Drive specification adoption and ensure conversion with sales, distribution, and fabrication partners.
• Provide expert product, design, and application guidance for project requirements.
• Track opportunities and conversions using Wilsonart’s CRM system.
• Merchandise, display updates, and brand consistency across materials.
