Sumitomo Pharma Co., Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager – Specialty to be the face of SMPA with customers across the U.S. You will build deep relationships, expand market share, and apply clinical insights to drive compliant, data-driven sales programs.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related area with 2+ years of pharma sales experience; strong travel willingness (60–80%). Base salary ranges from $113,600 to $142,000, plus a robust total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area with two or more years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven, consistent top-ranked sales performance (ideally top 25% nationally).
• Experience within Urology and pharmaceutical launches; knowledge of formulary positioning.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep and meaningful relationships with clinicians based on clinical and market dynamics.
• Increase market share by closing new business in key accounts and maintaining existing ones.
• Support sales results with clinical expertise, data-driven planning, and compliant execution.
• Travel across the territory; overnight stays and weekend meetings may be required.
