Sumitomo Pharma America (SMPA) is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager – Specialty to be the face of SMPA to customers across the U.S. The role emphasizes building deep clinical and market insights, driving top-line growth, and maintaining compliant field operations.

This US-remote, full-time position requires 60–80% travel, including overnight trips. Bachelor's degree in business or marketing with 2+ years pharma sales experience in Urology preferred; base salary range $113,600–$142,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area with two or more years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven, consistent, top-ranked sales performance (ideally top 25% of the nation).
• Experience working within Urology; experience with a pharmaceutical launch; knowledge of formulary positioning.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep and meaningful business relationships based on clinical and market dynamic expertise.
• Increase market share by closing new business in both new and existing accounts prioritized on market potential.
• Travel throughout the territory; overnight stays may be required, including weekends.
• Collaborate and provide candid, constructive communication with team members.
