Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area; 2+ years pharma sales experience.
• Top-ranked sales performance (ideally top 25% nationwide).
• Experience in Urology.
• Experience with pharmaceutical launch.
• Knowledge of formulary positioning (pull-through and push-through).

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales objectives and grow market share.
• Establish deep relationships based on clinical and market insight.
• Close new business in new and existing accounts based on market potential.
• Support results with clinical expertise and compliant planning and execution.
• Analyze product/competitor trends and market dynamics.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members.
• Travel throughout the territory with overnight stays as needed.
