Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program covering store management, operations, customer service, sales and profitability.
• Supervise associates in selling efforts and support service needs.
• Assist in planning merchandise placement, signing and stock integrity.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety policies.
• Uphold safety and hazmat procedures and guide teams accordingly.
