The Home Depot in Tulsa is seeking a Specialty Assistant Store Manager in Training (SASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience in store management through a comprehensive program with mentorship and leadership development.

You will work with the Store Manager, ASMs, Home Services, and Pro partners to learn strategies that boost sales, enhance customer service, and drive profitability in Specialty, Pro, and Services.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a structured training program covering store management, operations, customer service, sales & profitability, and policies.
• Learn to staff and schedule, identify stock deficiencies, supervise selling behaviors, resolve customer concerns, and support service needs.
• Learn performance management, including reviewing associate performance and disciplinary processes.
• Gain experience in opening/closing MOD and store SOPs, safety compliance, and shrink mitigation.
• Support safety guidelines and hazmat procedures at all times.
