• Minimum 1 year front office experience in a physician office or hospital access department; scheduling, registering, using multi-line phone systems, EMR, and multiple software programs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate multiple providers' schedules (radiologist, nursing, anesthesia, etc.).
• Register patients and verify insurance; generate estimates and collect POS payments by phone.
• Process MyChart scheduling requests and referrals per department protocols.
• Respond to referral work queues and ensure timely throughput and reimbursement.
• Maintain accurate data in EPIC and other systems; document per templates.
