• Experience with EMR systems and multi-line phone systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate multiple providers' schedules, including radiology, nursing, and anesthesia.
• Register patients, verify insurance, create estimates, and collect payments by phone.
• Perform MyChart requests and assist with in-person check-in as needed.
• Ensure referrals are complete and accurate using EPIC and other systems.
• Maintain high service levels and meet department productivity targets.
