Job summary

• Strong keyboarding (35 wpm) and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule services for hospital and clinic; pre-registration and insurance verification.
• Handle check-in/admission, estimates, payment collections, and check-out.
• Use EPIC to gather scheduling information and ensure timely throughput.
• Provide excellent customer service and strive for first-call resolution.
• Maintain accurate patient records and respond to MyChart requests.
