Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical benefits, and navigate payer environments. You will implement marketing strategies and promote Amgen products within your territory.

Targets include delivering branded messages, planning programs, and building accounts for product access and reimbursement, while upholding Amgen values and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3–6 years of sales experience or 8 years with high school diploma
• Senior Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3 years sales/clinical experience or equivalent
• Preferred Qualifications: experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related healthcare fields

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals
• Deliver branded sales messages and plans to achieve territory targets
• Build relationships to ensure product access and reimbursement
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a representative
