Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, delivering clinical knowledge and guiding them through the payer landscape. You will promote Amgen products and implement marketing strategies under district leadership.

Responsibilities include delivering product knowledge, achieving territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement, and managing accounts with a focus on access and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• Associate degree plus 4 years of sales experience also acceptable.
• High school diploma/GED with 8 years of sales experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to achieve sales targets.
• Build and manage accounts, discuss patient access and reimbursement issues.
• Develop territory plans with the District Manager and provide market feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve performance.
• Maintain Amgen values and uphold ethical standards across all customer interactions.
