Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative in the United States to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate the payer landscape. You will implement the marketing strategy under the District Manager and act as the primary contact for customers in your territory.

Responsibilities include building relationships, delivering education, resolving reimbursement issues, and driving sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, business, or related field.
• Sales experience required; healthcare/clinical exposure a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
• Ability to navigate complex payer environments and promote products effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Promote products and implement district marketing strategy.
• Develop accounts and manage contracts to ensure access and utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages through programs and educational activities.
• Analyze territory trends and contribute to territory plans with the District Manager.
• Maintain passion for Amgen products throughout the sales cycle and collaborate with teams.
