Amgen is seeking a highly motivated Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote products, and navigate payer environments in a dynamic U.S. territory.

You will lead branded programs, drive sales, and build strong customer relationships while upholding Amgen values. The role emphasizes scientific product knowledge, strategic engagement with clinicians, and collaboration with the District Manager to plan and execute territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with sales/healthcare experience as outlined in basic qualifications.
• Senior level requires higher experience and education combinations as described in the posting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in field sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and discuss clinical benefits.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct educational programs to achieve sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Uphold Amgen values throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
